This guide was produced as part of a service-learning project for Not Forgotten Outreach, a grass roots veterans non-profit organization in Taos, New Mexico.

The crew at NFO are involved in farming with the results of their efforts sought after by other community businesses and their own Gold Star Retreat center.

They are also involved in adaptive sports by coordinating an annual ski retreat for veterans at the Taos Ski Valley.
